Monthly Maintenance Fees
Monthly Maintenance Fees for condo owners in the monthly amount of $125.00 must be made payable to Anchor Bay Condos and mailed with deposit slip to:

PO Box 8108
Philadelphia PA 19101-8108
If/when you run out of PNC Bank deposit slips for Anchor Bay Association, please ask the Treasurer for a new supply.
Payment is due on the 1st day of each month without penalty. For payments received after the 10th of the month there is a $10.00 penalty. |
